Hello list, in a case of 'Concrete Table Inheritance' i want to be flexible in changing the type of columns.
A solution I came up with is: t_id = Column('id', Integer, primary_key = True) t_timestamp = Column('timestamp', DateTime) class_with_name = Table('with_name', metadata, copy.copy(t_id), copy.copy(t_timestamp), Column('value', Integer)) class_with_value = Table('with_value', metadata, copy.copy(t_id), copy.copy(t_timestamp), Column('name', String(50))) Is this safe to do? Is there an other, more appropriate way to achieve this? -- Cheers, Sol. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
