It seems that there is no index autogen support for alembic 0.5.0 now( I
just found todo in the source code), So I try to add index detect support
in my fork of alembic. The repo address is
https://github.com/limodou/alembic. This fork also includes other changes
of mine, they are against for mysql, and I only test the code in mysql. So
the code may only suit for myself. But I think maybe it has some useful for
you.
