changeset: 2122 puts a boolean into mapper() so that all those debug log formats dont occur if debug logging isnt enabled. When i run the "mass load " test that loads 2500 instances, it now loads 2500 instances in 2.9 seconds. the same test in 0.2.8 takes 2.3 seconds.
