That would be table_metadata.c.column_name.in_([1,2,3]),
If you are looking for an in relation. You could also use MappedObjectClass.property instead of the column object.

Otherwhise, if you are really testing for array equality your expression can be used. Also, in this latter case, make sure that there is a DB array type, with the db you are using.
