Read up on the `uselist=False` option for relationships

It would look something like this:
class Parent(Base):
children = relationship("Child", primaryjoin="Parent.id==Child.parent_id")
eldest_child = relationship("Child", uselist=False,
primaryjoin="Parent.eldest_child_id==Child.id")
You may need to use a "primaryjoin" argument.
