Hi Michael,
why there's such condition testing value for None in JSONEncodeDict?
def process_bind_param(self, value, dialect):
*if value is not None:*
value = json.dumps(value)
return value
*json.dumps(None)* returns *'null'* which is absolutely valid JSON string.
