the mapping and class, assuming the Order.Line / Warehouse.Line thing,
would use:
class Order(object):

lines = association_proxy("line_objects", "qty")
class Line(object):
# ...
mapper(Order, ... properties={
"line_objects": relationship(Order.Line,
collection_class=attribute_mapped_collection("sku"))
})
