I need to create some named indexes,
Declaring your index object after setup_all should do the trick. Not a very clean solution I admit, but I don't see any other solution to this problem with the current versions of Elixir (and SQLAlchemy).
S'fine. I wanted to ensure that I'd understood the issue correctly. I have enough control at that point to be able to handle it in straight SQL (I believe), so it's not a show-stopper for me.
Could you add a ticket for this on the trac so that I keep an eye on this, whenever I get back to coding on Elixir?
Sure thing, will do.
