As Johnatan said I fixed this at revision 1549 at 2009-06-04 00:05:05 +0200
Please update trunk and see if the warnings disappear (they were harmless
anyway).

Also if possible let me know if the old and new versions produce graphs
with different fontsizes - this is something that was reported, but I can
not reproduce it.

New version is r1549, old one is anything before r1547.
