This is a problem on Damin Conway's part, we're working on a fix. As soon
as Parse::RecDescent is installable, a new version of SQL::Translator
will hit CPAN with the right prerequisites (1.962.2 is borked too).

In the meantime you can certainly work with P::RD 1.94, it should do no
harm.
