SQLite version 3.12.1 is now available on the SQLite website:

This patch release fixes a bug that slipped into version 3.12.0 and managed to
evade our testing processes. (Testing has been enhanced to prevent a
recurrence, of course.) Two other minor issues were addressed at the same time.
Upgrading from 3.12.0 is recommended.
