The SQLite mailing list is moving off of yahoogroups and onto the same server that hosts the SQLite homepage. To subscribe to the new mailing list, send an email to
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
If you prefer a periodic digest instead of individual emails, then send a email to
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
To send messages to the new mailing list (you must subscribe in order to do so) send e-mail to
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
The yahoogroups mailing list will be shutdown soon.
During recent trials of the new [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list, I had automatically subscribed all visitors to the yahoogroups mailing list. But some of these did not wish to be participate in the new mailing list and were having trouble unsubscribing. So, I unsubscribed everybody from the new list, then resubscribed only those people who had explicitly subscribed to the new list and those people who had requested "Individual Emails" from the yahoo groups list. If for some reason you are no longer receiving e-mail from the new list but you want to, you may need to resubscribe. If you are receiving emails from the new list but do not want to and have been unable to unsubscribe on your own, then send me a personal e-mail at [EMAIL PROTECTED] and I will take care of the problem.
VOLUNTEER NEEDED
We need a volunteer to extract all of the historical emails from yahoogroups so that they are not lost once the yahoogroups list is deleted. I'm told that software exists for doing this automatically. If anyone would care to figure that software out and do the extraction, your efforts will be appreciated. -- D.
