To follow-up on Puneet's answer:
-- You can choose your delimiter. E.g. if you had comma-delimited data:
COPY mytable FROM 'myfile.csv' USING DELIMITERS ',';
Remember the need to escape any embedded delimiters.
-- You may want to specify, for speed's sake:
PRAGMA synchronous = OFF;
-- You may want to wait till the import is completed before defining
indices.
