Thanks for help!

1- I do not know the variuos Handheld and the OS that
    they use (I beleive there is 2 groups of OS: Palm
    and Pocket PC. Right?
2- Which one (OS) is tu suggest for the purpose I nedd: wireless
    and very fast operations between Handheld and PC
