First, I have to add some important information that I forgot to mention in my previous mails: The version of sqlite I'm using!
I have tried it with the most recent 3.0 version, and with 2.8.15 and 2.8.13. All those versions show the same behaviour.
I have also tried my query with the following database systems: - MySQL 4.0 - PostgreSQL 7.4.3 - Firebird 1.0.3
All of them returned the same result; only SQLite returned a different one.

Just in case someone can make use of this information.
