I think version 3 becoming "stable" should be announced to the linux and TCL worlds, among many other places. This is a big thing!
It was announced on freshmeat.net and I gave talks on 3.0 at OSCON 2004 and at the TclConference 2004. How much more announcing do you think we should do?
