My System locale is already in hebrew, and the string in the sqlite apears as '?', meaning the conversion didn't go well.
Currently I use only hebrew, but I might use some more languages, so I think I'm going to read it as Unicode, and use the WideCharToMultiByte function with CP_UTF8, and store this string in the DB.
