Hi Rick, Sorry to hear about the crash. That sucks. :-( Most if not all mailing lists have unsubscribe instructions in the headers. For this list, there's a header: List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> If you send email to this address, you'll be unsubscribed (modulo the word "unsubscribe" in the subject or body, but I'm guessing you don't need to do this). If your "From:" header isn't the same as what the list knows you by, you probably have to put "unsubscribe [EMAIL PROTECTED]" in the subject and/or body. It's probably a good idea to have unsubcribe information in the footer of all list posts. It's a common practise and a useful one.
