[sqlite] BEGIN; - clausule

Hi,

When I was using 2.8, i could do the following:

BEGIN ON CONFLICT IGNORE;

As of v3 it seems this is gone?

Is there any way to achieve the same, but not to add it to EVERY query in the 
transaction?
