What?! You're building from the installation directory? There's no way to do this on a normal installation that doesn't involve modifying the Visual Studio installation directory, or running in an elevated command prompt, both of which can cause no end of problems. Given you're the only one that can reproduce this problem, I'd highly recommend uninstalling Visual Studio and reinstalling it.
