When I find something interesting on this ML that I'd like to share with a
colleague it's often convenient to link to an online archive instead of
just forwarding a (possibly incomplete) snapshot of the thread.

It seems the "official" archive is not public?

http://mailinglists.sqlite.org/cgi-bin/mailman/private/sqlite-users/2017-June/073101.html

But there's many unofficial archives:

https://www.mail-archive.com/sqlite-users@mailinglists.sqlite.org/msg103838.html
http://sqlite.1065341.n5.nabble.com/WAL-checkpoint-starved-td96011.html

Would it be reasonable for the official sqlite.org mailing list archive be
made public?
