Hi Ran, I have built SQLite from the sources given on www.sqlite.org for Windows using VC++. There is nothing special about it, but I can send you the .dsp and .dsw files if you want. You might want to generate the source code to be compiled using Cygwin or Mingw. I am not sure how specific the resulting code will be for these platforms, but at least it is a start.
