It really depends on what you want to find in that XML file. I already have a tool at http://www.ceamus.com/objbuilder/ which will render an XML file describing the schema of the database. It would be a pretty straight forward matter to generate an XML file with the contents as well, but I don't know about such a beast. For filthy lucre I would be more than happy to make such a tool.
