For these things there is a Delete link on wiki page which enables you, anonymous user, to delete edits by other anonymous users that occurred in last 24 hours. This is preferable over copy & paste since it doesn't clutter the timeline and defeats spamer's goal since his/her links won't be available even in pages' history for crawlers to index.
