Opps i make my version from source on a solaris machine.
But
download to the dll zipfile to get the dll.ex.
sqlitedll-3_3_5
download
sqlite-source-3_3_5.zip <http://www.sqlite.org/sqlite-source-3_3_5.zip>
if you open this you found all headerfiles and yes... sqlite3.h
