[sqlite] sqlite3 lib do not open old sqlite databases

Hello everybody
I'm moving from sqlite 2.8.17 to sqlite3.3.11 but when i'm trying to open my
databases created with sqlite 2.8.X i have this error message:
file is encrypted or is not a database
Is that normal or did i have a mistake somewhere?
