SQLite version 3.3.13 is now available in the usual place: http://www.sqlite.org/download.html
The principal reason for this release is to fix ticket #2211 - the ORDER BY optimization problem. But also included are some new (experimental) features such as the COLLATE operator and the randomBlob() and hex() functions. As always, please let me know if you find any problems. -- D.
