Wasn't exactly a "typo" - I've just done so many releases of SQLite lately that I lost track of which was the latest. 3.3.13 is current and is stable and I do not have any immediate plans to do another release soon. The next release might be 3.4.0 which includes some of those minor incompatible changes that have been accumulating rapidly in the wiki. -- D.
