Hi All,
I had the table, appMapTable as defined below:
appId, appName, appType
1, appname, 2
2, appname, 3
....
appName always has string as appname and now I want to concatenate the appName
with appId
so the result will be:
1,appname1,2
2, appname2,3
.....
I ran the following sql statement :
update appMapTable set appName = appName + appId
but the result is not what I want. Would you help?
