Define "really support". SQLite will accept an arbitrary identifier for
the column type, as in

create table mytable (field XYZZY);

Yes. And so does XYZZY. It doesn't do anything though - it's parsed and
promptly ignored.

create table mytable2 (field XYZZY(50) );
