Sorry, I forgot to add: you are asking questions about a subject which is frequently raised here: synchronising multiple copies of a database. This stuff is hard. There is no obvious solution, and there are some very unobvious problems with most of the solutions that look like they would work. So if we're not just reeling-off a pat solution to solve your problem please don't take it as a personal insult.
