if you speak about MySQL or POSTGRESQL
then you mean database server, not a web server.

Do you want to have a server where to connect for making your SELECT, UPDATE
DELETE, CREATE?
or do you want a webserver to just do some SELECT? (and having a XML, JSON
or whatever)
