Oh. Okay, well you somehow managed to miss the mentions that SQLite supports foreign keys, and you also didn't Google it: http://www.hwaci.com/sw/sqlite/foreignkeys.html However, this page is not part of the normal documentation set, and mention of the foreign key constaint is restricted to the diagrams in the normal documentation, so you have at least some excuse for missing it.
