Yeah perhaps they use SQLite, but you cannot say it for sure. It could also just ads-links for these poker sites. Who knows..
I checked the attachments on this site you mentioned and they have just strange tables of data. Don't know, what this has to do with ForeignKeys, but it's not really related. What is with the links to sites, which are not longer existing? There are more than 10 of them. And I think this list should be at least up to date. 'Cause I thought I could found some interesting programs related to SQLite and all I got was an "Server not found" or "This site no longer exists". It's quit annoying... I think I will register on the wiki and clean some of these Sites.
