I don't see where it was incorporated as the question from Richard was never 
answered...nor was the problem behavior described...so this may not be relevant 
at all.
 
Ths obvious question is...can you use a debugger to see where it's having 
problems?

Sorry, but all 3.7.x versions, compiled usind OpenWatcom for OS/2, can
not create database file. For example, when I run

where test.sqlite is absent, and try to create table, say,

*create table a (b int);*

I got message

*Error disk I/O*

Can you help me to solve this problem?
