Drat. I mean, that's a great design, but I was hoping that would solve the problem. So still searching.
So maybe the servers are using -DSQLITE_SHM_DIRECTORY but the command-line shell is a stock build without the non-standard option, in which case trouble could result.
Great idea, but it doesn't look like this is the case, unfortunately. We haven't been using that setting, and we're using the stock binary out of apt-get. I just tried again with the binary from:
