The VS design-time components for System.Data.SQLite were originally written
to integrate with Visual Studio 2005/2008.  I've made them work with Visual
Studio 2010; however, as far as I know they were never "feature complete"
and
they may not fully expose all the SQLite functionality for use in the
various
designers.
