Dear all,
It's impossible to control the way SQLite locks the database. Read uncommitted will result in a crash when I try to open the database with a C# program. I use Mono version 3, Ubuntu version 12.04 LTS, Ubuntu 12.10, Windows 7 and Windows XP. On all systems read uncommitted WILL FAIL I've Included the Class I use to connect.
