I am using the sqlite3_session module amalgamated into the main sqlite3.c

I defined both:
#define SQLITE_ENABLE_SESSION 1
#define SQLITE_ENABLE_PREUPDATE_HOOK 1
but compiler is not able to find all the sqlite3_preupdate* functions.
I am missing something?
