[sqlite] How can I test test_onefile.c?

How can I test test_one_file.c or test_demovfs?
 
I want to use Some VFS shims in website like test_demovfs.c or test_onefile.c .
 
But I don't know how can I use them.
 
Is there some documentation about using them?
 
or
 
Is there any tips for me?
