The new doc mentioned by http://www.sqlite.org/draft/lang_expr.html#hexint
may have a 1-char typo:

    However, for backwards compatibility, the "Ox" hexadecimal integer
notation

notice the "Ox" (capital letter o), instead of "0x" (zero digit). Confused
me on the first read. Hope this helps. --DD
