SQLite team,compile of sqlite3 v3.8.6 amalgamation failed on zOS 2.1 with err CCN3045 undeclared identifier sqlite3CtypeMap in function sqlite3_compileoption_used. I notice that this was raised previously to the mailing list by John McKown. Please consider adding the necessary fixes to the SQLite code.
