I was also having this issue.  I tried updating to the 1.0.94.0 release,
but in that case, I wasn't even able to see the connector as an option in
the menus for VS2012.

Then I tried 1.0.92.0 and 1.0.93.0

Both of those work great.

So the problem is resolved for now, but it does look like we may be blocked
from updating further at the moment...
