Thanks Joe, I removed the line, cleaned the solution, rebuilt, and still don't see 'System.Data.Sqlite Database File' in the 'Choose Data Source' window. :(
Is there a way to get older versions of the setup bundle? Some time ago on a different machine I was able install 1.0.93.0.
