What is the recommended procedure for clearing a hot journal file? I used to do a "SELECT name FROM sqlite_master WHERE type='table' ORDER BY name" and "SELECT name FROM sqlite_master WHERE type='index' ORDER BY tbl_name" but since I upgraded from System.Data.SQLite 1.0.93.0 to 1.0.96.0 that doesn't work anymore.
