I found that there aren't any up-to-date GIT copies of just the amalgamation on github. So, I wrote up some simple steps whereby anyone could make their own.
On a project that uses GIT and either git subtree or git submodules, this is a very handy way to keep SQLite up-to-date. http://blog.paddlefish.net/?p=1004 It's not rocket science, but might be a handy reference for anyone facing a similar problem. Feedback welcome. - Andy
