There was a transient issue at the datacenter, for a few minutes of either side of 22:00 UTC. If you ever have problems with www.sqlite.org, there are mirror sites (in different datacenters, in different cities) at www2.sqlite.org and www3.sqlite.org. -- D. Richard Hipp drh at sqlite.org
