Dr. Hipp even wrote not long ago "bugs" entered would be aggressively removed, if I recall correctly, unless discussed here first. SQLite is not a classical OSS project. It is public domain, but no "outside" developers. No pull requests here. And bug system is mostly reserved to SQLite devs/authors, AFAIK. --DD
