So let me get this straight...

You opened an sqlite database file in a word processor, then did find 
and replace, and saved it?

I hope you have a backup of that database file....

If you do have a backup, we can teach you how to search and replace 
using an actual DB tool and SQL, else yes, you are plain out of luck.
