Hello,

This is really not important, nor a bug, but since I started with SQLite I have 
been puzzled about its habit to convert to upper case the beginning of each 
schema statement (CREATE TABLE, CREATE INDEX).  It looks like it stores and 
keeps the remaining intact, but convert the "create table ..." to "CREATE TABLE 
...".

Is there a functional reason to do this?
(I'm not asking for a change, just trying to understand the motivation).
